This is really simple to edit as all the code is in the index.html file. Simply upload to your server and replace my content with yours.

Matt, this looks great, however I’m unable to get the Free Video Sales Page theme to get recognized by WP. My WP dashboard doesn’t recognize it after uploading the zip file to my Themes folder, unzipping it and then re-logging in. Any quick tips?
That’s because it’s not a WordPress Theme rather straight HTML files
